Description

Klefki is a great user of it's ability prankster. T-wave swagger can become a great annoyance: several people have called me a "dick" and other less euphemistic insults for using that strategy. I agree that it is a bit cheap to use, but it's still legal within Smogon rules for OU.
Again, this work was done in 0.5mm rather than 0.7mm.

I don't play Smogon rules, so I don't really care about their dumb strategies.
